that can be sold year round. These items can be shipped directly to
your stores. We are a distributor of the Black Cat® brand safe and
sane fireworks and novelty items. Our parent company is the largest
distributor of Black Cat® in the nation! Confetti Blasters are an
exclusive item to Party Celebration, Inc. They are a fun and safe way
to celebrate any occasion. Each one is made of heavy cardboard that
houses a compressed air chamber. Release the air with the pull string
to shower your guests with confetti! Party Celebration carries all sorts
of items to make parties a blast! We offer the best quality, fast shipping
and excellent customer service.
Payment Methods
Party Celebration accepts; Visa, American
Express, Master Card, Discover or business checks. (We
will hold shipment 10 days for checks to clear.) Any Returned Check
for any reason will be subject to a $25.00 fee. Credit terms available
for orders over $500.00. Please contact us in advance for credit application.
Shipping
All orders are shipped promptly from our warehouse in Lone
Jack MO. You will be contacted by e-mail with the total amount that
will be charged to your credit card for shipping. We provide shipping
via UPS ground or common carrier on larger orders.
Return Policy
All orders are
final, unless merchandise defects. All return items must be shipped
in the Original Packaging. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please
contact our office for a return authorization.
